In 2011 Parigi Industry confirms the maximum support to the Italian sales network through a series of investments to spread their brand with all retailers of Parigi products. Mini catalogue, product posters, customized layout of the store are just some of the many initiatives coordinated by Claudio Mazzoleni of the Italy Sales Department with the support from the Marketing Department.
Moreover the "Days at the counter" are still going on in some regions of Italy in order to diffusely spread the full range of Parigi’s products and the high quality of its offer.
In March Parigi Industry participates in the ISH fair in Frankfurt as usual, where for the first time, it makes use of some IPADs to present its products to the customers. It also makes use of a new paper tool, the mini catalogue, much appreciated by visitors.
In September, Mario Spadino of the Export Service participates in the Kazbuild Fair, in Almathy/Kazakhstan, with the aim to start exploring the local market and to understand the needs of installers and retailers of the plumbing and the heating sector.
Still in 2011 Parigi Industry launches the program "Welcome home Mom", a time within the company dedicated to the new mum after her maternity leave, with the aim to inform her in detail about the more significant company innovations that occurred during the time she spent on maternity leave.
In 2011, like in the previous years on the other hand, the company has seen a significant investment in technological innovation and training programs, involving all employees at every level. Also the 2011 was closed with zero injuries at work on the braiding and assembly machines. A reorganization plan of the two production sites in Monza and Soncino was completed in October, enabling the rationalization of the item codes and a specialization of the site in Monza, which is now entirely dedicated to the production of the hose for the taps industry and the OEMs in general.
As it occurs in every even year in Mars, the Parigi Group attends the International Exhibition MOSTRA CONVEGNO EXPOCOMFORT in Milan, with a booth completely renewed in the graphics, dedicated to the theme of the music: the images of Parigi’s hoses turned into musical instruments is the setting for the four days show in Milan. In addition to the technical and business meetings with major customers worldwide, a nice night event with Parigi’s agents and distributors at the Blue Note in Milan.
The MCE exhibition is also an opportunity to introduce some new products on the market, including the Parikit for boilers. It is a convenient mounting kit, ideal for the connection of the boilers to the gas network, made of five metallic flexible hoses of Parigi Industry’s range. The light- to-handle packaging in skinpack, allows you to immediately see the product on the ranks at the plumbing wholesalers’stores.
The "Days at the counter” continue in some regions of Italy, training days performed at the wholesalers and retailers stores in order to show the Parigi’s complete program and the new proposals for the year 2012.
Parigi also participates in the usual Installer Festival in Pesaro, gathering great interest from the field operators.
Either in Italy, towards the Italian manufacturers of faucets and electrical household appliances and abroad, Parigi reaches the target set at the beginning of the year to penetrate new markets and to increase overall sales, with commitment, hard work and satisfaction.
2012 also confirms the trend of the Group to continue technological innovation of products and processes and to carry out training programs, involving all employees at every level, leading to a new definition of Policy and of business roles. Availing themselves of the collaboration of the Italian Sales Coordinator Claudio Mazzoleni, a certified coach, the managers and the General Management of the company have undertaken a training course covering the first approaches to the technique of NLP. Even the continuous training in the safety issues and quality processes remains a key point in the training strategy of the Parigi Group.
Parigi Industry introduces in the Italian market of the taps industry and of the manufacturers of shower enclosures and whirlpools a complete range of shower hoses. This is also the result of the ongoing collaboration of the previous years with the Neoperl Group, a consolidated partner company for decades. The response from the market is great and also the wholesalers and retailers fields show great interest in this new range of products.
The Frankfurt Trade Fair opens with some inconveniences due to the heavy snowfall that hits Frankfurt. It however remains an opportunity for the major players in our field which cannot be given up. Parigi surprises once again with a high-impact communication and a booth setting completely renovated. In the year dedicated to the Water Cooperation by the United Nations the press campaign "Water from generation to generation" created in collaboration with Publitrust is presented at the booth through large photographic reproductions and is aimed at educating users to the rational use of an extremely valuable resource as water . At the same time it is also an expression of the direct support of Parigi Industry to build a well for safe drinking water in the village of Bwabuzuki, in the Central African Republic (project of the non-profit organization Talita Kum Desio).
With the passing of the months, 2013 also becomes an unforgettable year for the many awards that Parigi Industry receives.
Palermo: Publitrust receives the Agorà Silver Award for the Best Integrated Communication for Parigi Industry with the campaign " Water from generation to generation”.
Milan: Alla Scala Theatre - Parigi receives the prize in the category " Best Video of a national/ international exhibitor at the events at Fiera Milano with the video "A Good Day Anyway".
Monza Autodrome: Cesare and Laura Parigi receive the Confindustria Monza and Brianza Award for Entrepreneurial Longevity during the Summer Meeting of the Association.
Milan: Parigi Industry is among the winners of the Business to Business section of the first edition of the “Parola d’Impresa award, organized by the Association of Small Industries and UPA, Advertising Associate Members, with the support of the "Il Sole 24 Ore" Group.
Parigi Industry closes the year with the activation of a site for the mobile devices and "lands" in social networks, thus confirming its leadership position in the use of new communication and marketing technologies.
Many innovative projects lie ahead for 2014.
