NPI ITALIA on a school trip with the students from Liceo Scientifico Majorana of Desio. The one day world tour at EXPO Milano
Helping young people to attend on an unmissable world event such as Expo, in order to give a contribution to their training, has been a binding choise for NPI Italia, a Company specialized in the production of flexible hoses for water, oil and gas.
The Protocol “Adopt a school for Expo”, signed on 27th November 2014 by the President of Confindustria Giorgio Squinzi and by the Minister for Education Stefania Giannini, and promoted by Federazione Anima-Confindustria, allowed NPI to support one more time the instruction of adolescents and, in particular, of the students from the Scientific high school Majorana of Desio.
As a matter of fact, thanks to the Company, yesterday, Tuesday 7th October, two classes of the school, totalling 42 students and 2 teachers, had the opportunity to live an unforgettable day at Expo Milan.
After the support since ever given to the “ PMI Day”- an initiative which makes students visit the Company in order for them to know the premises and the production plants- NPI Italia couldn’t ignore this interesting project aimed at supporting schools in organizing a visit to the Milan International Exposition.
Besides the gratefullness by the students who lived yesterday daytime with a great enthusiasm, gaining great results and fully understanding the unique opportunity given thereto, NPI Italia received a “sticker” from Confindustria and from MIUR, The Ministry for Education, University and Research, as a sign of their recognition of the participation to the Project and their thanks.
